These 4 tools are required for timing belt replacement and fuel injection pump timing, as well as fuel injection pump removal on pre-TDI Volkswagen, Audi, and Volvo Diesels some applications include: both 4 cylinder and 5 cylinder versions using Bosch mechanical diesel injection from 1977 to 1995.

3032 Puller that safely removes the injection pump sprocket. Removal of the sprocket using other methods will damaged the bushing in the end of the injection pump, ruining the injection pump. This tool is placed through the smaller holes in the sprocket, rotated until the slots in the 2 tool pins lock into the sprocket, and then the center bolt is tightened. Once the tool is tightened down, a firm strike with a hammer on the end of the tool will shock the sprocket loose, if the sprocket does not pop free on its own. There will be a woodruff key in the end of the injection pump shaft, so use caution that this does not fall out, and down into the interior of the timing belt cover.

2066 Diesel Tool used for accurate adjustment of Bosch diesel injection pump. This Dial Gauge Holder screws into the back of the injection pump and comes equipped with a 10cm dial indicator extension pin. This tool is to be used in conjunction with a dial indicator.(not included).

2065a Diesel Cam Shaft Locking Plate for securing the cam shaft from rotating and maintaining correct timing position during R&R of cam shaft drive belt. Applicable: All VW/Audi diesel and Volvo 6 cylinder 2.4L diesel 81-86 engines.

2064 Lock Pin for Diesel for securing Bosch diesel injection pump sprocket from rotating during R&R of cam shaft drive belt. This Locking Pin also assists in locating the general timing position of pump. Number 2064 Applicable Diesel Engine: 1V, 1Z, AAB, ACV, AHU, ALH, AWP, AWV, CS, CY, DE, MD, ME and MF. D24 engine in all pre-99 Volvo diesel. Including Penta Marine Diesel.
